Our services support individuals and caregivers by addressing health and social conditions through wellness promotion and access to social and supportive activities and resources. We prioritize preventive and intervention practices that empower people to reduce their risk of disease while standing alongside those navigating health challenges. We are committed to caring for both the health and the hearts of the people we serve.

Our mission is to advance the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities through holistic health, wellness, and community-centered research initiatives. We promote healthy lifestyles, increase awareness, and prevent illness by integrating education, advocacy, and evidence-informed practice. Through collaborative community health research, we elevate lived experiences, generate actionable insights, and translate findings into meaningful programs and policies. We leverage partnerships, supportive services, and strategic storytelling, including film and media, to amplify community voices and share research-driven messages. Together, our work strengthens community capacity, informs solutions, and fosters healthier, more equitable communities for all.
